As part of the PWI Construction brand family, PWI Residential has a rich history of high-end residential homebuilding having built more than 600 single-family custom homes in the Desert Mountain community in Phoenix twenty years ago. In the time since, we have expanded our residential portfolio to include multi-family, multi-unit, and luxury community construction services.
